Campaign Terms & Conditions

General Operations

Spectrum Realty (Pty) Ltd is a registered property practitioner business operating in accordance with the Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019 and holds a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC No: [Insert Number]). The Spectrum "Spin to Win" Winter Campaign is active for exclusive Sole and Exclusive Mandates signed between 1 June 2026 and 31 August 2026 inclusive.

Eligibility & Thresholds

To qualify for a digital wheel spin, the property must hold a minimum agreed listing price (and final transaction sale price) of R1,000,000 (One Million Rand) or higher, or attract a minimum professional agency fee of R50,000. The mandate must be held exclusively with Spectrum Realty for a minimum duration of ninety (90) days at a realistic, market-related price.

Redemption Requirements

To successfully redeem any provisionally "locked-in" prize, a binding, non-suspensive (fully unconditional) Agreement of Sale must be executed by both Seller and Purchaser on or before 31 August 2026, and successfully proceed to registration of transfer where the Agency receives its full contractually agreed commission. Vouchers for Removals, Move-In Cleans, and Appliances are eligible for early release once the transfer transaction reaches "lodged" status at the Deeds Office. Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or separate credits.

Buyer Incentive & Fair Use

The "20% Transfer Cost Buyer Incentive" operates strictly as a financial credit toward professional conveyancing fees charged by a participating Spectrum Panel Attorney and does not compromise or dictate the independent right of any party to choose independent legal counsel. Re-spins are strictly prohibited, with the sole exception of the Rental Management prize if the seller confirms they are not an investor. Subject to full master campaign terms and conditions. E&OE.
